Shipping Locations & Costs
Where We Ship: We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Free Shipping: Available for all orders within the UK Mainland.
Non-Mainland UK Shipping: A flat shipping fee of £15 applies to all orders.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 0-1 business days.
Shipping Time (After Dispatch):
- UK Mainland Orders: 1-3 business days
- Non-Mainland UK Orders: 1-3 business days after dispatch
Important Notes:
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) on Fridays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may extend by 1-2 days due to high order volumes.
Shipping Carrier & Packaging
Carrier: We partner with DPD for safe and reliable delivery.
Packaging: We take special care in packing fragile items to ensure they arrive intact. Vanity units, sinks, and bases are shipped separately to minimize the risk of damage.
Order Tracking
While real-time order tracking is not currently available, we provide timely updates upon request. Please contact our support team with your order number for the latest shipping status.
Lost, Undelivered, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, we will issue a full refund. To report a lost package, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Signature on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.
Delivery Policy & Address Issues
- We deliver to your doorstep.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions requiring a physical delivery address.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
